From order processing to final delivery, it usually takes 1 to 3 days within Dhaka and 3 to 7 days outside Dhaka.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return a product, you must inform us via our page or inbox within 24 hours of receiving the product and within 72 hours from the invoice date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange. However, if the product comes with a long-term warranty, you will still be eligible for after-sales service.
To return a product, it must be in its original condition and intact. Everything that was delivered with the product must be returned. You must ensure the parcel reaches us safely—proper packaging is required. If the product or box is damaged due to poor packaging, or if it is not in a resell able condition, the return request will not be accepted.
If you return a product then you must pay the round-trip courier charges in advance.
